Portrait Session Investment:
• $129 per person.
• Example total for 14 team members: $1,806.
Booking Fee Details:
• A $100 booking fee is required to reserve your preferred date.
• This fee is applied toward your final balance.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of the booking fee.
• If the full balance has been paid, you’ll receive a refund minus the $100 booking fee.
Session Options:
• Available in-studio or on location (we’ll assist with studio space coordination if needed).
• We recommend 1.5 to 2.5 hours to allow for a relaxed experience.
• For example, a session with a team of 14 typically takes about 2.5 hours, allowing about 30 minutes for the group portrait and 5-10 minutes per individual portrait. This timing ensures everyone feels comfortable and well represented.
